Health Care Directives

Advance Directives

All adults should have advance health care directives because it is used if you are unable to make health care decisions in the event you become incapacitated.

The two advance health care directives are:

Living Wills and Health Care Surrogates

A Living Will directs what medical care you want, or do not want, typically this is used for decisions such as life support.

A Health Care Surrogate is the person you name to make medical decision for
you when you are unable to make decisions.

When meeting and planning with The Curran Law Firm, your Health Care Advance Directives are included with your full estate plan.
