Maura is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

A mediator is a third party neutral that has specialized training to help parties come to a resolution. The mediator does not make any final decisions, rather the mediator facilitates the parties to reach a resolution which allows the parties to resolve the dispute, therefore, a decision made by a judge or jury is not required. The parties finalize the dispute and the parties can even create a resolution not permitted by a judge or jury – it allows for creative, outside the box thinking and resolutions.
