Trusts and Trust Administration

Depending on your personal circumstances, you may benefit and want to establish a Trust as part of your estate plan. The Curran Law Firm analyzes your personal needs and will discuss with you how you will benefit by having a trust and the type of trust that you should have.

In addition to drafting Trust Agreements, the firm will act as the Trustee for the Trust, or work as the Trustee’s attorney in the administration of the Trust.

Trust administration includes the management of the Trust pursuant to Trust Agreement, distribution of assets in accordance with the Trust Agreement, implementing procedures to protect trust assets and evaluate concerns in discretionary distributions.

In addition to the daily administration of the Trust, we coordinate with the preparation and filing of taxes and annual and final accounting.
