Getting Started

You can go directly into the virtual law office by clicking on either the NEW CLIENT REGISTRATION tab located in the upper right corner. Once you register, you can submit your ‘question’ to the law firm – similar to how you would call a law firm, simply submit what your legal needs are and the firm will respond to you.

You only need to register one time. Once you are registered, all you need to do is go to CLIENT LOGIN tab.

HOW TO SUBMIT A QUESTION IN THE VLO

When you submit a question in the VLO, after you write your question, make sure that you click on the “Update Preview” button, review your question then, click on “Send”. At that point, you will see your question move from the text box down to the lower part of the page. Remember, this is a 2 step process to submit the question [allows you to make changes before finalizing].
